Our Helpline can take Treatment Guarantee Form details over the phone if treatment is taking place
within 72 hours
If it’s an
emergency
:
1. Get the emergency treatment you need and call us if you need any advice or
support.
2. Either you, your physician, one of your dependants or a colleague needs to call
our Helpline (
within 48 hours
of the emergency) to informus of the
hospitalisation. Treatment Guarantee Formdetails can be taken over the phone
when you call us.
