11.2.1 if the Beneficiary predeceases the Life Assured, or
11.2.2 if the Policy Owner surrenders the Policy or allows the Policy
to terminate prior to the death of the Life Assured (first to
die for joint life first death, second to die for joint life second
death), or
11.2.3 if the Policy Owner assigns the Policy to an assignee who
shall give written notice of the assignment to the Company,
or
11.2.4 through failure of the Policy Owner to notify the Company
of any reappointment of a Beneficiary following the
cancellation of an assignment or
11.2.5 through failure of the Policy Owner to notify the Company
of any changes to the designation or appointment of
Beneficiaries.
11.3 The Death Benefit will be paid to:
11.3.1 any primary beneficiaries who are alive when the Life
Assured dies (first to die for joint life first death, second to
die for joint life second death), or
11.3.2 if no primary beneficiary is then alive, to any secondary
beneficiaries who are then alive or
11.3.3 if no designated beneficiary is then alive when the Life
Assured dies (second to die for joint life second death),
the Policy Owner or the Policy Owner's estate will be the
beneficiary.

Policy Termination
12. I In the event of either of the following:-
12. I. I Payment by The Company of the Death Benefit; or
12.1.2 The expiration of the term of the Policy; or
12.1.3 Should the Policy lapse without value and not be reinstated,
then the Policy will terminate.

Reinstatement of Selected Premiums
The Company may, in its absolute discretion, agree to
reinstate a lapsed Policy. The reinstatement will be subject
to payment of all unpaid Premiums and any charges,
terms and conditions then determined by the Company.

Miscellaneous
14.
Any misrepresentation of or failure to disclose material
facts in respect of the Policy shall entitle the Company to
adjust the Selected Premium payable or the Protection
Benefits as may be appropriate in the circumstance or to
void the Policy at the discretion of the Company.
14.2 Notices of assignment must be given in writing to and
received by the Company at its Head Office.
14.3 No request, election or exercise of any option will be
accepted as binding upon the Company or any claim
admitted nor any payment made under the Policy until
the Company has received at its Head Office (within any
prescribed time periods) written instructions (which may
include instructions sent by facsimile or email if hard copy
confirmation follows) and such evidence or documentation
as it shall at its absolute discretion require.
14.5 The Company undertakes that the information given in
these Policy Conditions is correct at the time of printing.
